The purpose of this study is to describe the management the acceptance of new student in pioneer of international Senior High School State 3 Semarang. Three specific objectives to be achieved (1) to describe the determination acceptance of new student policy in pioneer of international Senior High School State 3 Semarang, (2) describe characteristics the acceptance of new student in Senior High School State 3 Semarang,and (3)determine the factors supporting and inhibiting implementation the acceptance of new student in Pioneer Of International Senior High School State 3 Semarang. The research is qualitative by using an ethnographic approach. This research was limited to the acceptance of learners in Intrnasional Senior High School State 3 Semarang. Primary data obtained from informants such as principals, vice principals, teachers, other educational staff, students, school committees, and official documents. The method of collecting data by observation, interviews, and documentation methods. Analysis of data in this study use the data reduction, data displays, and ata conclusion drawing/ verification. Test the validity of the data used in this study is to use the technique of data triangulation. The result showed that (1) prior to Educate Participants received, the school formed a team or committee, the registration be done online, the capacity in Senior High School State 3 Semarang is number 484, with details of 12 regular classrooms, an lympic-class and first class acceleration, (2) attach a photocopy of the student report card first semester of Junior Classes VII to IX class first semester.
